1. About these terms

DaebakDaily, operated by Huzaifa, provides entertainment coverage, drama information and optional community services at daebakdaily.com. These terms describe permitted use. By using interactive features, you agree to follow these terms and the Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; agreement to these terms is not consent to optional advertising or marketing.

2. Guest reading and accounts

Articles and public drama information can be read without an account. An account may be required for watchlists, saved preferences, ratings, voting or posting. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age or permission requirements that apply to you. Provide a working email address, keep your password private and use only an account you are authorized to access. Certain actions require email verification.

Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, bypass restrictions or share verification codes with other people.

3. Your contributions

You remain responsible for the text, images and other material you submit and must have the necessary rights to share it. You retain ownership of your original work. You give DaebakDaily a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce and display your submissions, and make necessary formatting or moderation changes, for operating the service. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.

Public submissions may be visible to guests and search engines. Removing an account does not automatically remove every public discussion; contributions may remain with anonymous attribution so conversations still make sense. Ask us about removing identifying material or a specific contribution. Copies in backups or independently held by others may not disappear immediately.

4. Acceptable use

Do not post harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, private personal details, sexual exploitation, unlawful content, piracy links, malicious software or spam. Do not manipulate ratings, polls, rewards or activity totals. Do not bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or copy protected content without permission or another lawful basis. Label spoilers and distinguish confirmed reporting from speculation.

5. Moderation and account restrictions

We may review, withhold, edit, remove or restrict content and account activity to enforce these terms, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations. New contributions may be held for approval. Reports do not guarantee immediate removal. To ask for a decision to be reviewed, email contact@daebakdaily.com with the relevant URL and an explanation. We may preserve records needed to handle the issue.

6. Ratings, recommendations and rewards

Reviews and recommendations involve judgment. Community ratings reflect the members who contributed; they are not an official industry score. Finder percentages indicate preference fit against available data. Unknown or incomplete facts should not be treated as confirmed information.

Stars, levels and achievements are virtual participation features. They have no cash value, are not transferable currency and do not promise prizes, payment or professional status. We may correct mistakes or remove rewards obtained through abuse. Any future promotion with actual prizes would need its own stated rules.

7. Our content and third-party material

Original site content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may share links to our pages. Republishing substantial articles or reusing material requires permission unless an applicable legal exception allows it. Drama images, names, trademarks and other third-party works remain subject to their owners' rights. DaebakDaily is independent and does not imply an affiliation with broadcasters, artists or streaming services.

8. Availability and responsibility

Features, coverage and availability can change. We aim to correct errors, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete information or a particular recommendation outcome. External services control their own content and terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and contact

Updates will be reflected in the date above. We will provide additional notice where required for a material change. Questions, account issues and requests can be sent to Contact Us. If you no longer wish to use account features, you can stop using them and request account deletion.
